- Taking into account the previous year’s management performance and the person’s service in a position, we carry out overseas training for 3~5 days for all staff.

- Physical Check Ups & Group Accident Insurance
- In order to manage heath of the staff and prevent diseases, we carry out a thorough physical examination every two years at a specialized institution for all staff.
